Why there is no single button that pays all of these. Stripe moves money into this business from the businesses you serve — it is a way to get paid, not a way to pay somebody else's invoice. None of the companies above will accept payment through an API either: each one takes money on its own billing page, behind its own login, deliberately. So this page does the half that can be automated — it finds out exactly where every account stands, tells you what stops working when it runs out, and puts the right billing page one click away. The clicking is yours.

The one thing that would come close is turning on auto-recharge in each vendor's own dashboard, which is set up once and then never needs this page again. Telnyx, OpenRouter and OpenAI all offer it.
