Subject access, erasure, lawful disclosure, and closed accounts.
Every action on this page is written to the ledger at the bottom before
it is reported as done — including who ran it.
Recorded against everything you do here.
One person's records
A caller's data belongs to the business they rang, not to us. Only act on a request the business has passed on or agreed to — and if they have not, tell the caller to ask them first.
Disclosure to a public authority
Only under a warrant, subpoena or court order — a request over the phone is not a lawful demand, and this form will not submit without a reference. Tell the business first unless a non-disclosure order forbids it, and say which below.
Closed accounts
A closed account is switched off immediately and destroyed after the grace period. Inside that window it can still be brought back — after it, there is nothing left to bring.
